How can I create a TDM Cloud Essentials account?

You can do this via the price list by clicking on the "Start now" button for the plan that you require. Then follow the payment process.

How many users can I add to my company account?

You can add one user to your company account for each subscription that you have purchased. Example: You have purchased 4 subscriptions to the "TDM Cloud Essentials Basic" plan, and you can therefore include up to 4 users in your team.

How can I change my password?

Open the Account Portal via the settings. In the "Profile" tab, you will find a "Security settings" section. On this tab, click on the "Change password" button and follow the instructions.

How can I reset my password?

On the login page, click on the "Forgot my password" link and follow the instructions. You will then receive a reactivation link, which is valid for 48 hours.

How do I remove a user from my company account?

Open the Account Portal via the settings and switch to the "Team" tab there. When you hover your cursor over the entry for the user in the table of team members, a "Trash can" icon appears. Click on this and confirm that you want to delete the entry.

The admin for my company account is leaving the company and I would therefore like to change over my account. What do I have to do?

How can I delete my user account?

Open the Account Portal via the settings. In the "Profile" tab, you will find the "Delete account" function. Click on the button and confirm the prompt to delete your user account.

How can I delete my company account?

If you want to delete your company account, please contact our helpdesk. Perhaps we can find a solution together.

Can I export my data?

You cannot automatically export your data from TDM Cloud Essentials. However, you can request an export via our helpdesk.
