Personal Identifiable Information
TDM may collect any content, record, or electronic communication of any kind that you choose to share with us, which may include without limitation (1) your company name, (2) your name, (3) company address, (4) your email address, IP address. We may use that information to provide you with the information or services that you request, and so that we may communicate with you and send you information and materials for marketing and other purposes, subject to applicable laws and the terms of the Privacy Policy. If you choose to provide a cell phone number to us, you consent to be contacted on that cell phone with calls and emails. Your carrier’s standard rates will apply. Your personally identifiable information is stored during the time you have a valid account, and for one (1) year thereafter should you wish to resume use of the Website and/or the Platform and access such previously generated data. TDM, or a third party on behalf of TDM or our affiliates, may use your personal information to send you promotional communications. We will also send you our newsletter if you sign up to receive it. You have the opportunity to opt-out of receiving any such communications at any time. To discontinue your receipt of either communication, simply select the “Unsubscribe” button. Unsubscribing from one service does not automatically unsubscribe you from the other service.
IP addresses
TDM collects IP addresses to help us understand who is accessing the Website and Platform. In addition certain search engines and browsers may track internet traffic and make that aggregate data available to TDM. If this information is made available to us by a third party browser, it helps us determine how often different areas of our site are visited. We do not link IP address to any information that is personally identifiable.

TDM uses its own cookies and may place its cookies on your hardware or device. However, TDM does not store any personal information or data on our cookies without your consent. If you do not consent, our cookies will only store general information as to how often you visit our website and platform but will not store any personal information or data. Do-not-track and online advertising
We do not currently honor any browser “do not track” requests. We do not participate in third party ad networks at this time, but you may see ads for TDM that may be displayed to you elsewhere online through a third party’s website if that party chooses to show you such ads.
WiredMinds
Our website uses the pixel-counting technology of WiredMinds GmbH (www.wiredminds.de) to analyze visitor behavior. In this process, the IP address of a visitor is processed. The processing takes place exclusively for the purpose of collecting company-relevant information such as the company name. IP addresses of natural persons are excluded from further use (whitelist procedure). The IP address is not stored in LeadLab under any circumstances. When processing the data, it is our particular interest to protect the data protection rights of natural persons. Our interest is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. (f) DSGVO. The data we collect does not allow any inference to an identifiable person at any time.
WiredMinds GmbH uses this information to create anonymous usage profiles related to visitor behavior on our website. The data obtained in this way is not used to personally identify visitors to our website.
Data integrity and access
We limit access to personally identifiable information about you to our and our affiliates employees and third-party service providers who we reasonably believe need to have access to your information to provide you with the information or services you request from TDM.
