For small companies with 3–20 machines in the machining industry that need an entry-level solution for tool management.

In which languages can I operate the user interface of TDM Cloud Essentials?

TDM Cloud Essentials is available in the following languages: - German - English - French - Italian. We intend to add further languages in the future. Let us know if there is another language that you would like to see included.

With which browsers can I use TDM Cloud Essentials?

You can use TDM Cloud Essentials without any problems with the following browsers: Google Chrome: >= v79.0; Mozilla Firefox: >= v72.0; Microsoft Edge – Seti Chromium Version; Apple Safari (for iPad support): >= v13.0"

Why can I not use TDM Cloud Essentials with Internet Explorer?

Microsoft is phasing out Internet Explorer in 2021 and will no longer supply security updates.

Can I also use TDM Cloud Essentials on a tablet and smartphone?

TDM Cloud Essentials can be used on a tablet. The Apple iPad series is officially supported. TDM Cloud Essentials is not designed to be used on smartphones due to their compact displays.

Can I use the camera on my tablet to photograph items, tool assemblies or workpieces and use these in the master data?

Yes, on a tablet, a "Photo" button is also displayed beside the "Upload" button, should you want to add images for your item, tool assembly or tool list.

Can I also install TDM Cloud Essentials locally on my computer?

TDM Cloud Essentials is only available as a SaaS application, meaning that this is not possible.

Can I also host TDM Cloud Essentials in my own data center or in my private cloud?
