Can I transfer data from my previous tool management solution?

It is not possible to transfer data from previous tool management solutions. If you are interested in doing this, please contact our helpdesk.

Can I hide individual widgets?

You can minimize the display by clicking on the two symbols beside the date selection field, or on the data inventory or consumption areas. It is not yet possible to hide individual widgets.

What can I search for with the search option?

The search takes the following into account for items, tool assemblies and tool lists: ID and description, as well as order no. and barcode. It is also possible to use special search patterns to search based on diameter, e.g. between 5 and 10 mm, etc.

Which barcode scanners are supported?

Standard scanners that can be used as a keyboard are perfectly adequate for this use.

How can I enter a discount coupon?

You can either enter your discount coupon in the "Coupon" field when registering for the free trial period or enter it on the first or last page when checking out. The discount will then be displayed, if you choose to subscribe, on the invoice you receive after the trial period expires. If you have any further questions, contact the helpdesk.

How can I convert my free trial to a paid version?
